Hey, folks. I'm seeing a bunch of OPTIONS * requests that are hanging around for a long time. The entries in my server-status that look like this:

There are also a number of much better behaved OPTIONS requests that come and go.

Most of what I've seen in my googling regarding this just indicates that OPTIONS requests are a) standard method requests, and b) used by apache internally to communicate with children to see if they're up and running properly.

Any thoughts?
